You pick the exact temperature — 104°F to 212°F in 0.5°F steps — with a dial and a full-color screen, and Hold mode keeps it there for 15, 30, 45 or 60 minutes. A built-in stopwatch times your pour-over or steep, scheduling heats the water when you want it, an altitude setting prevents boil-overs, and a pre-boil option boils first before cooling to your set temperature. The 0.9 L body is 304 (18/8) stainless steel, heated by a 1200 W element.
