These terms apply when you use the RightDeals website and its features. By using RightDeals you agree to them.

What RightDeals is — and is not
RightDeals is an information service that helps you discover, compare and track products. We are not a store: we do not sell, take payment for or deliver any product. When you buy, your contract is with the store you choose, under that store's terms, prices and delivery, return and warranty policies.
Prices, availability and product information
We collect offers and product data from stores, affiliate networks and other sources, and we show when an offer was last checked. Prices and availability can change at any moment, and the store's checkout is always authoritative. Specifications come from manufacturers and other sources we cite; errors are possible, and we correct them when we find them or are told about them.
Scores and recommendations
RightScore and our guides are opinions based on a published method and the data available to us. They are not guarantees about a product's quality, safety or suitability for you. Where there is not enough data, we show no score rather than an estimate.
Affiliate links
Some links are affiliate links, as explained in our affiliate disclosure.
Your account
Accounts are optional. Keep your password secure and tell us if you suspect unauthorised use. You can delete your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- scrape, copy or republish our content or data in bulk, or use automated tools that place an unreasonable load on the service;
- try to access areas, data or accounts you are not authorised to use, or interfere with security features;
- submit false information, spam or malicious content through any form;
- use RightDeals for anything unlawful.
Our content
The RightDeals name, logo, design, text, scores and the way our data is organised belong to us or our licensors. Product names, images and trademarks belong to their respective owners. You may share links to our pages and quote short extracts with attribution.
Third-party sites
Links take you to websites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, products, prices or privacy practices.
Liability
We work hard to keep information accurate, but RightDeals is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from reliance on prices, availability or other information shown on the site, or from purchases you make from third-party stores. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be limited.
Changes
We may update these terms. When we do, the date shown at the top of this page changes, and significant changes will be highlighted on the site.
