You fill two interchangeable hoppers with different beans. Remove one, insert the other, and the machine uses the grind, dose and temperature it saved for that bean.

Can it make cold foam drinks?

The included LatteCrema Hot system makes hot milk drinks. De'Longhi sells a LatteCrema Cool upgrade set separately that unlocks six cold milk drinks.
