Honest catch: Does not fit round, very thin or mesh vents

Our verdict

A clean, complete magnetic charging mount for recent iPhones and Qi2 phones, from a brand with strong warranty support. Check two things first: your vents (it does not fit round, very thin or mesh vents) and your case — wallet cases, thick cases and ring grips will not work, and most Samsung phones need a magnetic case.

A magnetic mount turns your phone into a proper car navigation screen, and charging while it sits there means you arrive with more battery than you left with. Belkin's vent mount snaps on with precise magnetic alignment, holds the phone in portrait or landscape, and charges compatible phones at up to 15W over Qi2. It works through MagSafe and other thin cases up to 3 mm, the body uses heat-dissipating aluminum alloy with soft-touch silicone, and the box includes both a 27W car adapter and a 1 m USB-C cable — nothing else to buy.

Why you’ll like it

  1. 01

One-hand mounting: the magnets align the phone instantly, every time.

  2. 02

Arrive charged: up to 15W Qi2 wireless charging while you navigate.

  3. 03

Your view, your way: rotate between portrait and landscape for maps or calls.

  4. 04

Complete kit: a 27W car adapter and 1 m USB-C cable are in the box.
